Bringing Real Accountability Via Enforcement in Burma Act or the BRAVE Burma Act
This bill extends and expands a law imposing sanctions on Burma. The bill also requires the Department of State to appoint a Special Envoy for Burma.
Current law authorizes, and in some cases requires, the President to impose sanctions on certain Burmese state-owned enterprises, Burmese officials and family members, and other foreign persons. The bill extends this law through December 23, 2032. The bill also requires the President to annually determine, for the next seven years, whether the Myanma Economic Bank, any Burmese state-owned enterprise financially benefiting the Burmese military and not operating in the industrial or extractive sectors, or foreign persons operating in Burma's jet fuel sector meet the criteria for required sanctions under (1) the previously mentioned law; or (2) Executive Order 14014, Blocking Property With Respect to the Situation in Burma.
The U.S. Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) must advocate and vote to limit any increase to Burma's IMF shareholding while Burma's State Security and Peace Commission (SSPC) or any successor governing authority is in power. (The SSPC, led by military commander Min Aung Hlaing, existed from July 31, 2025, until April 10, 2026. It was dissolved when a nominally civilian but military-led government was installed, led by now President Min Aung Hlaing.)
The State Department must appoint a Special Envoy for Burma with the rank and status of ambassador and responsibility for coordinating all aspects of U.S. policy regarding Burma.

Stop Corporations and High Earners from Avoiding Taxes and Enforce the Rules Strictly Act or the Stop CHEATERS Act
This bill provides additional appropriations to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for FY2026-FY2031 and establishes reporting requirements related to tax enforcement for high-income individuals and corporations.
The bill provides specified appropriations to the IRS for FY2026-FY2031 for purposes such as tax enforcement, taxpayer services, technology and operations support, and business systems modernization. The funds provided by the bill remain available until expended.
The bill also requires the IRS to submit a report to Congress every two years that includes a comprehensive description of a plan to
• shift more IRS auditing and enforcement assets toward high-income individuals and large corporations,
• recruit and retain auditors with the skills essential to audit high-income individuals and large corporations, and
• increase voluntary compliance among high-income individuals and large corporations.
The report must also include (1) a description of the progress that has been made in implementing the plan; and (2) an analysis of how much of the difference between the taxes owed and the taxes collected by the IRS is attributable to taxpayers at different income levels, including high-income individuals and large corporations.
The bill also requires the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration to submit a report to Congress evaluating the IRS's plan and its progress in implementing the plan.

Food Secure Strikers Act of 2025
This bill allows certain striking workers and their households to maintain their eligibility for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
Specifically, the bill provides that a household that would otherwise be eligible to participate in SNAP is eligible for benefits if any member of the household is on strike because of a labor dispute. Current law generally prohibits a household from participating in SNAP if any member of the household is on strike unless the household was eligible for SNAP immediately prior to the strike. Also, under current law, households are not eligible for an increased SNAP allotment as a result of the decreased income of a striking member of the household. The bill expands SNAP eligibility for households with striking workers by repealing both of these restrictions.
The bill also allows a government employee who is dismissed for striking and their household to maintain SNAP program eligibility. Specifically, current law prohibits certain individuals who voluntarily and without good cause quit a job from participating in SNAP. Further, a federal, state, or local government employee who participates in a strike against the government that results in their dismissal is considered to have voluntarily quit without good cause. The bill eliminates the provision that considers the dismissed government employee to have voluntarily quit without good cause, thereby allowing the employee and their household to maintain SNAP program eligibility if they are otherwise eligible for the program.

Organic Science and Research Investment Act of 2025
This bill expands Department of Agriculture (USDA) support for organic agricultural research.
USDA must establish the Coordinating and Expanding Organic Research Initiative for USDA resources dedicated to organic agricultural research. Every five years, the initiative must survey USDA's organic agricultural research and produce a report, including findings and recommendations on expanding research and increasing project coordination and effectiveness. USDA must take the findings and recommendations into consideration when preparing USDA's annual budget recommendations.
In carrying out its work, the initiative must consult with the National Organic Standards Board and land-grant colleges and universities. In preparing each report, the initiative must consult organic and conventional farmers, ranchers, handlers and the organizations that serve them.
The bill also reauthorizes the National Institute of Food and Agriculture’s Organic Agriculture Research and Extension Initiative through FY2030 and increases funding for the initiative. Further, eligible grant projects are expanded to include (1) facilitating the identification and adoption of traditional ecological knowledge and cultural practices, and (2) identifying how organic agriculture can adapt to and mitigate climate change.
The bill also reauthorizes, and extends funding for, USDA's organic production and market data initiatives through FY2030. The Economic Research Service must conduct an economic impact analysis of organic agricultural management conducted in accordance with the National Organic Program.
USDA may make competitive grants to support research, education, and extension activities relating to the transition from nonorganic production systems into organic agricultural production systems.

Transportation Security Administration Pay Act of 2026
This bill provides continuing appropriations to provide pay and benefits to Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees during the partial Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shutdown that began on February 14, 2026. (A partial government shutdown is currently in effect for TSA and other DHS agencies because the FY2026 DHS appropriations bill has not been enacted and continuing appropriations for DHS are not in effect.)
Specifically, the bill provides FY2026 continuing appropriations to provide standard rates of pay, allowances, pay differentials, benefits, and other payments otherwise payable on a regular basis to TSA employees during the period in which interim or full-year FY2026 appropriations are not in effect.
The bill provides the continuing appropriations until the earlier of (1) the enactment into law of the applicable appropriations legislation, or (2) September 30, 2026.
The bill must take effect as if it had been enacted on February 13, 2026.
